Our Classes
Basic, advanced and private classes, offered now in Hobart and Online via Zoom.
Classes for all abilities catered for. Choose from easy beginner classes, more advanced level classes for experienced practitioners, and private classes for enhanced and tailored learning.
Basic Classes
Regular public classes are suited to anyone and beginners can just come along and give it a go. Everyone is welcome and no prior experience is necessary. Classes offered in Hobart or Online.
Advanced Classes
The Advanced classes are suitable for anyone who has already practiced Chi Gong and Flow Yoga for a while and would like to move on into a deeper level. If you are unsure talk to me, or just come along and see how you go. It doesn’t hurt to try.

Private Classes
Private lessons are often the best way to start a practice, or sharpen an already established one. They offer scheduling flexibility and give you and your teacher time to identify specific areas you would like to pursue. They are ideal if you have a specific health concern or a special learning situation; if you are less comfortable in a group setting; are new to the practice and process; or want a more personal interaction with your teacher. Schedule one or two private sessions each year to update your practice and unlock a challenging portion of the form.
Do I need to book?
If you have never been before get in contact and please come 10 minutes early before the starting time.
